Business Development Specialist (CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO)

Brookside Inn, a privately owned skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Castle Rock, is seeking a compassionate and conscientious full-time Business Development Specialist to join our team of qualified individuals. We are looking for a professional who is committed to the highest standards of integrity, quality care, and respect for our residents.

Rate of Pay

$50,000-$70,000 annually depending on experience

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Business Development, Marketing, and Recruitment experience.
  • Experience working in long-term care (Preferred)
  • Eligible to participate in federally funded health care programs.
  • Experience with engaging and interacting with people.
  • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various data reports.
  • Experience with social media and on-line software platforms.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be organized and experienced with time-management and prioritizing workload
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to speak publically.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with administrators, lead the company efforts to retain current staff and recruit and on-board new staff.
  • Develop relations with community referral sources for future residents, volunteers, business partners, and employees.
  • Develop, initiate, and maintain effective marketing plan for all facilities within Brookside Management.
  • Support and contribute to the company goals of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
  • This position shall utilize the facility mission, objectives and distinctive qualities to develop and implement an effective marketing plan, promoting Brookside Inn’s services to hospitals, physicians and the community at large.
  • Work closely with Management Team on marketing plan and facility and community events.
  •  Work closely with Activity Department to cultivate and expand community volunteer program for skilled nursing facilities
  • Participate and at time chairs company committees that involve Business Development, Marketing, and recruitment efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
