Brookside Inn, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking an innovative and clinically driven Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team. Rate of Pay
- $28.00-$34.00 per hour depending on experience

Qualifications

Must be a Colorado licensed PTA

1-year clinical experience preferred

Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
-
Review supervising therapists’ plan of cares and appropriately delivers treatment interventions in line with plan of care goals.

Complete timely, accurate and supportive documentation in accordance with company policy and federal and state guidelines/regulations.

Administer treatment modalities as clinically indicated to treat patient specific needs.

Communicate effectively with supervising therapist about any acute changes in patient status to allow assessments to be completed and plan of care adjusted as needed.

Effectively communicate patient progress and lack of progress to supervising therapist so treatment can be adjusted to better meet patient’s needs.

Assist with management of PT caseload along with DOR and supervising therapist

Be familiar with Colorado State Practice Act and Laws concerning visit count, progress note guidelines and regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical practice.
