We love the customized care of my brother. The staff from top to bottom are caring, attentive, and coordinated in their efforts to provide stellar care for the residents. I appreciate the responsiveness—I can call or stop by any time, and the team at Brookside is quick to respond. They provide updates on any changes in my brother’s health and in his care, and we meet regularly to discuss his care. From the moment I called to inquire, the staff, nurses, and management team have been nothing but supportive and accommodating. Brookside is, hands down, the best facility we've ever encountered. My mom is well cared for and, for the first time in 15 years, thriving. She absolutely loves living here and tells me so on a daily basis. We no longer feel like we are alone in caring for our mom. The Brookside team feels like our extended family. For the first time in 15 years, we get to be daughters, sons, and friends instead of caregivers, which has improved our quality of life immeasurably.

The staff, physical therapy team, nurses, and nurse assistants are always there for me, treating me with love and kindness. I know I'm slowly getting better and feeling better, and I can't say enough good things about them. The nurse assistants are awesome—always there when I need help and always willing to assist. You can tell they care about what they do and truly have compassion for the people they serve.

Brookside was a Godsend for our sister and our family. She was cared for so well by a staff that is knowledgeable, competent and caring. All of her visitors and family were all greeted with help and compassion through every interaction and every need. We literally did not meet a single person that was anything but kind and trustworthy. It is a great facility and an organization that serves the community and its residents with the right approach and for the right purpose. All of our thanks and appreciation to their wonderful staff!! We would highly recommend them to anyone that is searching for a professional and caring place for themselves or a loved one.

My mom has been there for almost a year, and I truly can’t express how grateful my entire family is for the level of care she’s received. While Brookside may not be the newest or most luxurious facility, what matters most is the people—and they are exceptional. The staff is genuinely kind, compassionate, and devoted to what they do.

Making the decision to place a loved one in a care facility is never easy, but the team there brings so much comfort and peace of mind. They are truly doing God’s work.

My mother just spent the last 9 months of her life at Brookside and her time there was beyond amazing because of one special employee - Kristi K. She was always so cheerful and kind to my mom. My mom was in the memory ward and would always become more alert and attentive when Kristi talked to her. Kristi would curl her hair and paint her nails and dress her so nicely. There could not be a better employee ever, and I see it as God's blessing to us that she was there when my mom was. If your loved one moves into Brookside ask for Kristi to care for them as you won't find anyone better. I'm praying she stays there forever as what she does is such hard work and a true ministry. And whoever is her boss should definitely promote her and give her a raise!!!!!!

The Brookside Inn was the perfect location for my sisters surgical recovery. The nurses were responsive to her medical needs and always demonstrated kindness and compassion. The knowledgeable PT staff helped her engage in different types of exercise therapies to aid in her total recovery. She is greatful that she selected Brookside Inn to assist her transition from hospital to home! Thank you to the Brookside Staff!

We were so incredibly blessed to have Brookside recommended to us as my mother’s physical and mental health declined. When we couldn’t care for her with the help of nurses at home and a even standard nursing home couldn’t help we reached out to Brookside and Nancy personally came by and visited with us and my mother. After completing onboarding paperwork we were ready to move. When we arrived we were greeted by Nancy and her incredible staff who had my mother’s room prepared and even had balloons and flowers for her. My mother felt right at home from the moment she arrived. The staff took such great care of her and her individual needs that I was able to relinquish my caretaker responsibilities and able to be my mother’s son during the final months of her life.
