Brookside Inn, a privately owned, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a compassionate, organized and efficient full-time Maintenance Director to join our highly successful team of leaders. We are looking for a professional who is committed to the highest standards of integrity, quality care, safety and respect for our residents. Our Maintenance Director will oversee the maintenance team, housekeeping, and laundry services to ensure quality services are being delivered to the building and its residents on a daily basis. The Maintenance Director will have an active voice in the development and implementation of practices and policies as it relates to these departments. Rate of Pay
$60,000 – $70,000 oer year based on experience

Responsibilities
- Manage the Life Safety Program for the community, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Oversee and coordinate the Emergency Disaster Preparedness Program including drills and preparation
- Be a collaborative member of the leadership team of the community
- Manage the preventative maintenance program of the building and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment including, but not limited to: debris/trash removal, heavy lifting/moving of materials and equipment, cleaning, and floor-sweeping and material storage.
- Understand and follow proper safety procedures for company and community, including maintaining cleanliness and protection of work spaces
- Uphold all company policies, goals, and values
- Manage landscaping and snow removal
- Complete assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Participate in an ongoing community maintenance and improvement plan
- Follow-up on service requests to assure the highest quality customer satisfaction
- Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging toilets, etc.
- Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems.
- Report issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress to supervisor.
- Basic preventative maintenance checks and tasks such as water temperatures, cleaning out the dryer vents, etc.

- Previous maintenance and management experience preferred
